What to Expect With Our Process
At GameFace, we take pride in our exceptional customer service. We like to be there for you during every step of the process. What is our process? Check out the steps below. If you'd like to get started, contact us now! We are ready to meet face-to-face to talk about your order.
Getting Started
Start with your vision. You can talk with one of our amazing sales team members to bring that vision to life. Your salesman can answer all your questions and get a same-day quote together for you.
Approval and Mock-Up
We'll send you a mock-up and a final quote for approval. Please be sure to look over all the details of our mock-up and quote before approving. If you approve the order, we assume it is correct.
Start the Order
Once everything has been approved regarding your order, things head over to our production team. Usually, we need 10 business days to finish production after the day of your final approval.
Run the Presses
Your order is in production. This includes ordering your products, outputting the art, preparing the film, burning the screens, and finally printing your wonderful products. This step is all on us.
Pick-Up or Delivery
Your order is ready! Talk to your salesmen about what works best for you, pick-up or delivery. Note: delivery is not included in the production time and is not available for every order.
