  • What are your minimums?

    Our minimums are 12 pieces per graphic for custom printing. There is no minimum for embroidery or transfers.

  • Do you offer embroidery?

    Yes, we offer in-house embroidery.

  • What type of apparel do you have to offer?

    We offer hoodies, crewneck tees, tote bags, hats, and so much more. Check out our Catalogs page to get you started. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, talk to our sales department and we will find what you need.

  • What are the requirements for artwork?

    All art must be in vector format. File types include AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF. If art is not vectored art, charges may apply. New art is created in-house, and a proof will be sent to you for approval before printing. Art charges may apply. All custom and new art is the property of GameFace but is available for purchase.

  • Do you do samples?

    We carry samples of hundreds of items so you can see what you're ordering and check sizing.

  • Do you offer decal printing (stickers) or on-paper printing?

    We do offer stickers for cars, helmets, laptops, and more. One-color stickers are cut in-house. Multi-color stickers are done off-site. No, we do not offer paper printing.

  • What is your turn-around time?

    For online stores, the turn-around time is 14 business days after the store is closed. Pick-up times may vary from store to store.


    For screen printing, embroidery, and transfers, the average turn-around time is 14 business days after the art and quote are both approved.


    Rush orders may be accepted pending approval and an additional fee.

  • What areas can you print on?

    Standard print locations are: 


    • Full front
    • Full back
    • Left chest
    • Back neck
    • Sleeve
    • Left thigh

    If you need an area that is not listed here, give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Can you ship my order?

    Yes! We can ship anywhere in the US. A shipping charge will be added to your order and costs will vary depending on location and weight.
